Biden Will Not Run for a 2nd Term

Welp, it has happened; former VP Biden has announced he will not run for a second term. Now things get interesting for the dems/progressives/marxists/cat ladies.

What tickles my funny bone is how we constantly hear from the dems/progs/marxists is how democracy is on the ballot. And now the dems have done exactly what they have accused the other side of doing. As I have pointed out before, we are NOT a democracy, rather we are are a representative republic. Yet, there is one instance within the presidential race that is as close to democracy as we get. That is the primaries. Whichever party candidate gets the most votes in each state, they become the party nominee. And the dems have just thrown that into the toilet. 100's of millions of dollars were spent choosing a nominee, which has now been wasted.

Don't fool yourselves into think the attempt on President Trump (and the surge in the polls) last weekend was the catalyst. This has been in the works for quite some time. The attempt on Trump was the final nudge. Even Biden's debate performance wasn't a driving factor, in of itself.

Nope, this has been in the works for while. Do you think the debate between Newsom and DeSantis was an event that came out of the blue? As Sundance says, "Stop pretending". If you look closely, other recent events will point you towards the conclusion this was not a spontaneous or even a recent decision by the dem power brokers. All that needed to be done was to overcome Jill's reluctance.

What has been the deciding factor is the margin of "error" ("MOE"). Trump's poll numbers are now well outside the "MOE". There is no fixing this "MOE" to favor former VP Biden. The dems realize this. They want to bring on someone who has the possibility of closing the polls enough to bring it within the "MOE". Biden's health is a convenient tool in which to get another dem candidate on the ballot.

Don't misunderstood me, I think former VP Biden has made the correct decision, forced upon him. He should have never run in the first place back in 2020. Even then, it was obvious to anyone not blind that he did not have all of his facilities. But he was the one dem that could bring the race within the margin of "error". By any means necessary.

He (and his family) needs to consider his declining health above all. He has had years of public service and he should be able to spend what remains of his life being able to look back on it. He should be able to sit on his back porch reminiscing while he still can.
