Another nail in the coffin of Obama care has been struck in Idaho.
Gov. C.L. “Butch” Otter, a Republican, issued an executive order Wednesday prohibiting state agencies from implementing the controversial law, which is widely viewed as President Obama’s top domestic accomplishment. (Source: CNN)
While I agree wholeheartedly with Gov. Otter’s efforts it is quite possible though the executive order may not be worth the paper it was written on. Federal law trumps state law unless it can be deemed the federal law is unconstitutional. The SCOTUS is where we are going to win this fight.
